All small sailors become Odysseus in their cardboard box boats, fighting off sea monsters, storms and sirens. Hopefully, most are imaginary. Great insight, Ryan.

We do get to meet them since wee little kids, but there is always a hand to hold, a voice that tells us it will be okay. Then we grow up, and those darn monsters seem to grow too.. but some of us have no hand to hold, no voice to reassure.
