You will never fall in love with me.
Don’t try to convince me
That I will always wait for you.
If you really look, you’ll see
I’m not here for the long haul
Don’t imagine
You give me reason to stay.
When things get hard I’ll leave –
Don’t imagine
I’m not like the others,
Goodbye.
I’ll never say
I love you.
(Now read from bottom to top,
my bleeding heart undone.)

Stunned when I got to the end. There is only one word for this. GENIUS!!!! π I so want to try one of these now! Do these kind of poems have a name? π

Wow, Ryan, that was fantastic. What a great way of creating a poem – the surface and how it really looks inside. I still have goose bumps.

Awesomesauce! I love how the meanings change from top to bottom, but one message point that did not, “you will never fall in love with me” . It shows how one’s perspective plays a great role in being determined. Great post!
